1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (DoItYourselfPT.com), purchasing any program, or using any services provided by Do It Yourself PT (“DIYPT”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use this website or services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, programs, services, and materials provided by DIYPT are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, physical therapy treatment, diagnosis, or individualized care. Participation does not establish a physical therapist–patient relationship. This program is not intended for individuals experiencing acute, severe, or emergency medical conditions. If you are experiencing such symptoms, seek immediate medical care.
3. Licensure & Scope
Kimberly DelVecchio, PT, FAFS is licensed in New York and Florida. Any in-person or telehealth physical therapy services are only provided where legally permitted. Online programs are educational in nature.
4. Assumption of Risk
Exercise carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility and participate at your own risk. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any program.
5. No Guarantees
Results vary based on individual factors. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do It Yourself PT, Kimberly DelVecchio, PT, FAFS, and any associated entities shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the website or participation in programs.
7. Digital Product Use
Programs are for personal use only, non-transferable, and may not be shared or redistributed. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access.
8. Payments & Access
Programs are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Access terms (including lifetime access) are subject to platform availability. Do It Yourself PT reserves the right to modify or discontinue content.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds are provided.
10. Telehealth Services
Virtual consultations are subject to separate consent forms and are limited by state licensure laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, programs, and materials are the property of Do It Yourself PT and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
Do It Yourself PT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, nothing in these Terms shall override or limit any rights or protections afforded to consumers under applicable state or federal law.

Do It Yourself PT is not responsible for any issues, errors, or damages arising from third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
17. Force Majeure
Do It Yourself PT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Internet outages
– Platform failures
– Natural disasters
– Acts of government
