In my previous post we sang the familiar song, “The hip bones connected to the thigh bone, the thigh bones connected to the knee bone, the knee bone…” and you know the song.
And this was to remind us that the body is a series of connections, each one influencing the other.
More importantly, this is why getting out of pain can be difficult. If I have pain in my low back, part of the reason, or the culprit maybe all the way down the body at the calf!
In my previous post, I explained this in a video from my Do It Yourself PT program. So, if you have not seen part 1…. Please watch, “Why Stair Drop is so helpful for low back pain, foot pain and more”.
Remember, I teach THE WHY an exercise is important to get out of pain, to help you stick with it and have lasting success.
Now it is time for the HOW TO DO the exercise, in this case, Stair Drop.
In my low back platinum program at Do It Yourself PT, I teach comprehensive training on an exercise (Full Version) and then I offer a follow-up video (Quick Version) for daily use and efficiency. If you are serious about lasting pain relief, I recommend watching both.
Here is the Full Version and as always,
Cheers to your health!
